Works with aluminum, brass, copper, high/low carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, exotic metals and silicon bronze. Capable of broaching parts from 7/64 to 1 3/8 in. dia. and 7 in. length. Capabilities include drilling, tapping, trimming, shank slotting, head slotting, bending, swaging, centerless grinding, roll threading and thread forming. Additional services such as heat treating, plating and induction hardening available. Prototype to large scale production runs offered. JIT delivery.
