The International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) is a regulation found within the Arms Export Control Act which is policed by the Department of State. They are repsonsible for all permanent and temporary export of defense items and services.

ITAR Registered
ITAR stands for The International Traffic in Arms Regulations and is a set of government regulations related to defense exports. All manufacturers, exporters and brokers of defense articles, related to technical data and defense services as defined on the United States Munitions List are required to register.
